Short answers to the questions that come up most. If yours is not here, email us and we will add it.
Guest checkout is fine, and no account is created unless you ask for one. Orders are confirmed by email immediately, and a second email follows when the parcel is dispatched with its tracking number.
Orders leave within one to two business days and typically arrive within three to seven business days. Duties, where your country charges them, are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Returns run for thirty days from delivery, unused and with tags attached. Refunds are issued within three business days of the parcel reaching us, and we pay the return postage when the fault is ours.
Each listing sets out its materials and everything that ships with it. Compare them against something you already own rather than against a size label, since labels are not standardised.
Up to the moment an order is being packed, a change is just a message to us with the order number. Once it has gone, the thirty-day return is the route — and because we refund on receipt, ordering the right thing now does not leave you out of pocket twice. Changes after dispatch are handled as a return: send the original back and order what you actually wanted. That is faster than waiting for a swap to travel in both directions.
No. Guest checkout is the default, an account is optional, and having one changes neither the price nor the delivery estimate. It simply keeps your addresses and order history in one place.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. The checkout shows only the options that work for the delivery country you have chosen, so nothing is offered that cannot complete.
The card fields belong to our payment provider rather than to this site, and the page itself is encrypted, so the number is never typed into our servers. We see a result and the last four digits, and nothing more.
Expect dispatch within one to two business days, then three to seven business days in transit, longer for outlying areas. Anything beyond that is usually customs rather than the carrier, and the tracking will show which.
Every parcel is tracked and the number arrives with the dispatch email. Give the carrier a few hours to register the first scan; if it stalls for five days, that is our cue to chase it, so let us know.
Email us with the order number and which item is coming back. You will get a reference number back, and a prepaid label if the fault is ours. Parcels that arrive without a reference take noticeably longer to process.
We refund within three business days of the parcel reaching the warehouse. The money returns to the original card or PayPal account, and your bank decides how quickly it appears on your statement.
Everything on a listing is checked against the item in front of us rather than copied from a supplier sheet, including the drawbacks. Small variation in finish is normal and we mention it rather than let you discover it.
A listing that does not match what arrived is on us.
Usually not. Occasional restocks do happen, and the honest answer is that we will not keep a listing up on the chance of one.
